An enquiry comes before a booking

Sending the form asks us to review your request and contact you. It does not confirm service availability, create an appointment, authorise paid work or require you to accept a quote. There is no charge to submit the enquiry and no payment is taken through the form.

Availability and scope

Our initial focus is residential lawn and garden work in Greater Bendigo, Victoria. Whether we can help depends on the address, access, work involved and schedule. We confirm availability and the scope of any job before a booking is agreed.

Large tree work, chemical spraying and construction are outside the service described on this website. Green waste removal is not included unless it appears in the agreed quote.

Quotes and agreed work

A quote should describe the tasks, total price including applicable GST, waste arrangements, timing and any access requirements. If a separate assessment or additional information is needed, we will discuss it with you. Any assessment fee must be disclosed and agreed before it is incurred.

Please review the quote and any job-specific terms before agreeing to work. Payment, rescheduling and cancellation arrangements for actual work must be explained at that stage. This website does not impose a cancellation charge merely for submitting an enquiry.

Information you provide

Please give accurate contact and location information and only arrange work you are authorised to request. Do not include payment details, identity documents or security codes in the initial form.

If you ask us to contact someone else, make sure you have their permission. You can correct or withdraw an enquiry by emailing [email protected].

Website descriptions explain the categories of work available for enquiry. Photographs show representative residential home and garden settings relevant to the service. They are not a record of completed customer jobs or customer endorsements.
